Return Policy
At StrokeCrank, we strive to provide quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you need to make a return, please read this policy before starting the process.
1. Timeframe to request a return
Customers may request the return of a product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
This timeframe applies only to products that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
2. General conditions for returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- be in perfect condition;
- not have been used, washed, or damaged;
- be returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories, if applicable;
- be properly protected to prevent damage during transport.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return shipping costs
The shipping costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer.
StrokeCrank does not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach our facilities.
4. Refunds
Once the product is received and it is verified that it meets the return conditions, the corresponding refund will be processed.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed upon with the customer.
The timeframe for processing the refund may vary depending on the bank or payment provider, although it is usually completed within a few business days from approval of the return.
5. Products not eligible for return
Returns are not accepted for products considered final sale or personalised products.
Returns will also not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not returned in the required conditions.
6. Customised or made-to-order products
In accordance with applicable regulations in Spain and the European Union, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
This includes, among others, products made to measure or customised with names, text, images, designs, colours, configurations, or other features chosen by the customer.
Therefore, once the order is confirmed, returns or cancellations of personalised products will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects, personalisation errors attributable to StrokeCrank, or damage incurred during shipping.
7. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
If the product received has a manufacturing defect, has arrived damaged, or does not match the order placed, the customer must contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt.
In these cases, StrokeCrank will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer one of the following solutions:
- replacement of the product;
- full or partial refund;
- another appropriate solution depending on the case.
The customer may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the product and packaging to process the claim.
8. How to request a return
To request a return, the customer must contact us via [contact email / form / phone], providing at least the following information:
order number;
- full name;
- product to be returned;
- reason for the return.
Once the request is received, we will provide the necessary instructions to complete the process.
9. Return address
Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team once the request is approved.
Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
