Shipping policy

At StrokeCrank, we work to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition and in the shortest time possible. Below, we explain how we handle shipping.

1. Order processing

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on the product requested, availability, and the volume of orders at that time.

Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days, unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

The estimated delivery time depends on the destination of the order and the logistics provider handling the shipment.

The delivery times indicated at the time of purchase are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical delays, high demand, carrier issues, customs inspections, or exceptional circumstances.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and shown to the customer before completing the purchase.

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be expressly indicated in the store or during the checkout process.

4. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with available tracking information, provided that the shipping method or logistics provider allows it.

5. Delivery delays

Although we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond StrokeCrank’s control, including but not limited to:

- carrier issues;

- periods of high demand;

- local, national, or international holidays;

- customs delays;

- errors in the address provided by the customer;

- force majeure events.

6. Shipping address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of order is correct and complete.

StrokeCrank is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs resulting from errors in the address entered by the customer.

7. Lost, damaged, or problematic orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you do not receive it within a reasonable timeframe, you can contact us at strokecrank@hotmail.com, providing your order number and describing the issue.

We will review each case and offer an appropriate solution when applicable.

8. Customs, taxes, and additional charges

For international orders, taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply according to the regulations of the destination country.

These costs, when applicable, will be borne by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Delivery confirmation and transfer of risk

Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the delivered products.
